- Click on “South African ID Holders.”
- Scroll down and click on “Change Banking Details.”
- Enter your mobile number to receive an OTP PIN
- Use the PIN to change or add your banking details
- You can also choose the “Cash Send” option to receive your grant via Pick n Pay, Boxer, or other retail partners
Once your payment method is updated, wait for the payment date to be assigned to you. On that date, you can either:
- Receive the money in your bank account, or
- Collect the cash from the selected store, depending on your payment option
How to Get SASSA Payment Date?
Once your SASSA Status is Approved, the next thing you’re probably looking for is your payment date, the day when the money will be sent to your bank or available for collection.
Normally, your payday is shown when you check your SASSA status on the SASSA website. It’s usually listed under the “approved” month with a specific date. However, sometimes this date can be delayed or might not appear right away.
